Meet the Owners
RapidLoad is owned and operated by Ryan Brehmer and Josh Herscheid, two Northeast Nebraska natives with a shared passion for business, entrepreneurship, engineering, and boating.
Both raised in small towns in Northeast Nebraska, Ryan and Josh bring different strengths to RapidLoad with a common goal: building a company that creates practical, innovative products that make boating better.
Ryan leads manufacturing, operations, and product development, bringing his background in manufacturing and engineering to the continued development of RapidLoad.
Josh leads sales, marketing, and partnerships, focused on growing the RapidLoad brand and getting the product into the hands of more boaters across the country.

Meet the Inventor
Jamie Brehmer
Behind RapidLoad is the person who started it all: Ryan's dad, Jamie, the original inventor of RapidLoad.
Like many great ideas, RapidLoad started by solving a problem close to home. After years of boating and experiencing firsthand how frustrating it could be to load a pontoon in wind, waves, and current, he knew there had to be a better way.
Using his experience in manufacturing, engineering, and problem-solving, he began designing and building a solution. Working alongside Ryan, that idea was tested, refined, and eventually became the RapidLoad system boaters use today.
What began as a solution built for their own family has grown into a patented product helping pontoon and tritoon owners across the country.
